SAND

We clean the area and lightly sand around the existing holes.

Wood dowels are glued into the holes and allowed to dry.

The dowels are cut off flush with the surface of the door or drawer front.

We fill any small gaps with spackle.

We sand again to ensure the surface smooth prior to priming and painting.

Before & After

Once the holes are filled and painted, there's virtually no trace of the old hardware—just a smooth, beautiful finish.
